- 0-3 years of experience
Job Description:
- Preparing and sending invoice to clients
- Contacting clients as needed to ensure payment of outstanding invoices
- Reconciling any irregularities in receipts or accounts
- Maintaining records regarding payments and account statuses
- Providing financial information to management as requested
- Utilize spreadsheets, databases and other computer applications
- Assist in receivables reconciliations
